The company over the years has developed integrated services and solutions for OEMs, from the initial product concept stage to volume production through concept co-creation and product realization. It is one of the leading PCBA manufacturers in India supplying various OEMs and assemblers in the market and is among the key global manufacturers of custom RIFD tags.

The products of the company are-

RFID products– RFID products are used in products manufactured in shipping, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and fintech industries.

PCBA assemblies– PCBAs of the company are used in products manufactured in the medical, automotive, IT, industrial, and consumer product industries.

Electromagnetic and electromechanical parts– The electromagnetic and electromechanical parts which include chokes, inductors, magnetic filters, and transformers are used in products manufactured in automotive, industrial appliances, consumer appliances, and healthcare industries.

The other products of the company include motherboards, DRAM modules, solid state drives, USB drives, and memory products.

The company operates through eleven manufacturing facilities in North India (Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh) and South India (Tamil Nadu and Karnataka).

The promoters of the company are Sandeep Tandon, Jasbir Singh Gujral, Veena kumari Tandon and Tancom Electronics private limited. The objects of the issue are funding capital expenditure requirements for the development of R & D facility and expansion, funding long-term working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.

The company had revenues of Rs 353.9 crore with a net profit of 20.97 crores (Year ended March 31, 2019), revenues of Rs. 397 crores with a profit of Rs. 43.88 crores (Year ended March 31, 2020), and revenue of Rs. 438.3 crores with a net profit of Rs. 28.62 crores (Year ended March 31, 2021).
