Aristo Bio-Tech and Lifescience Limited is an agrochemical company engaged in the manufacturing, formulation, supplying, packaging, and job work services in various pesticides such as Insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, plant growth regulators, and a wide variety of other agrochemicals for India as well as for export. The company has 158 products registered with CIB&RC for manufacturing and sales. In addition to this, the company has applied for registration of 4 products with CIB&RC which are pending at various stages.
Aristo Bio-Tech is currently manufacturing and selling its products across 20 states in India and 15 countries in the world. Agrochemicals support agriculture and all the while prevent, reduce and eliminate the impact of diseases to increase food output and safety. Besides manufacturing its own products, the company also provides contract manufacturing, job work, and toll manufacturing services for crop protection companies. The company has expanded its operations beyond the borders of its state of inception Maharashtra to Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
The promoters of the company are Mr. Narendra Singh Barhat, Mrs. Kusum Narendra Barhat, and Mr. Ketankumar Harkantbhai Joshi. The objectives of the issue are to meet the working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. Listing would enhance the brand image and visibility of the company.
The company had revenues of Rs 201.77 crore with a profit of 2.82 crores (Year ended March 31, 2019), revenues of Rs. 201.23 crores with a profit of Rs. 1.00 crore (Year ended March 31, 2020), and revenue of Rs. 167.22 crores with a net profit of Rs. 1.07 crores (Year ended March 31, 2021).
